Serenity Garden

While impatiently waiting for my prize package to arrive, I decided to check out the Deborah Norville Serenity yarn collection at Joann’s.  I didn’t realize that they had the Serenity Garden yarns which they must have gotten in when they did the yarn reset in August.  There are only 6 variegated colors in this collection and they are carrying them all.  I first tried out the Gems color.  I made a little pouch to carry on my wrist when I go out for walks.

Supplies: Deborah Norville Serenity Garden yarn (Gems), size E crochet hook

Drawstring Pouch

This yarn worked up so beautifully!  It is quite soft and I love the tapestry look it creates.  I also picked up the Sea and Earth colors and I can’t wait to see how those work up.

Now if that sock yarn would just get here… 😉

Oh, I showed it to Aubrey and she said “do you have stuff to do that?” Um….no stuff….no know-how. 😉

  2. Hi Patty! Remember me??? I have been following your blog for a while and I too am steering away from paper crafts to……..crochet! LOL! I have been going Cotton Dishcloth Insane lately but I REALLY love this bag. Is there a pattern somewhere? Take care! Jean :o)
